Atlantic Distillery Ring of Fire - Light n’ Stormy

This Cornish craft gin has a chilli kick with a soft floral undertone. Its spiciness makes it perfect for this gin twist on a dark ‘n’ stormy cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 35ml Ring of Fire gin

  • 150ml ginger beer

  • 3 lime wedges

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • Mint leaves

  • Slice of stem ginger

Method:

  1. Layer the ingredients over ice in a tall glass.

  2. Garnish with torn mint leaves, top with the ginger slice, and serve.

Bathtub Old Tom

This sweet gin offers a good dose of liquorice, earthy spices and citrus. It simply must be served in a classic martinez, designed especially for an Old Tom gin.

Ingredients:

  • 35ml Old Tom gin

  • 35ml-50ml sweet vermouth (traditionally more vermouth, we do a 1:1 ratio)

  • 1-2 dashes angostura bitters

  • 5-10ml sugar syrup or maraschino liqueur 

  • Ice

  • Orange peel

Method:

  1. Put the gin, vermouth, bitters and sugar syrup in a mixing glass and add ice.

  2. Stir and strain into a martini glass.

  3. Garnish with an orange peel, and carefully light the oils to release the wonderful aromas.

Conker Dorset Dry - Martini

This traditional style gin has a herbaceous, floral twist with an underlying earthiness. We love it in a simple martini to showcase the gin’s true traditional flavours.

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Dorset Dry gin

  • 1 tbsp dry vermouth

  • Ice

  • Olive, to garnish

Method:

  1. Stir the gin, dry vermouth and a little ice together, or combine in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  3. Serve with an olive on a cocktail stick.

Hendricks - Eastside Rickey

This classic British gin has a distinctive floral flavour, with aromas of cucumber and rose. We think an Eastside Rickey is the perfect cocktail to play on Hendricks’s delicate, fresh nature.

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Hendricks

  • 30ml lime juice

  • 30ml simple syrup

  • 3 slices of cucumber

  • Handful of mint leaves

  • Ice

  • Soda water

Method:

  1. Muddle the cucumber and mint in the bottom of a shaker tin.

  2. Add the gin, lime juice, simple syrup and ice, seal and shake.

  3. Strain into a tall glass over ice, and top with soda water.

  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Papillon - Rosemary Gin Fizz

The violet and chamomile create a distinct florality in this Dartmoor gin. We find the floral flavours work perfectly with this herbal gin fizz.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Papillon gin

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp rosemary syrup

  • Ice

  • Soda water

  • Sprig of rosemary

Method:

  1. Pour the gin, lemon juice, and syrup over ice, and stir.

  2. Top with soda water.

  3. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary to serve.

Pothecary - Elderflower & Rose Gin Gimlet

This delicate, floral gin offers a fresh lavender flavour which develops into juniper and orange. We love this in a floral gimlet to bring out the unique flavours.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Pothecary gin

  • Ice

  • 25ml St. Germain

  • A squeeze of fresh lime

  • 1 tbsp ounce simple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp rose water

  • Rose petals to garnish

Method:

  1. Fill up a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, St. Germain, lime juice, simple syrup and rose water.

  2. Shake, and strain it into a glass, over ice.

  3. Garnish with rose petals.

Star of Bombay - Star of the Show

This rich, bold Bombay simply has to be served with Bombay Sapphire’s own cocktail; Star of the Show.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Star of Bombay

  • 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 15ml peppermint tea sugar syrup

  • 35ml cranberry juice

  • 1 dash angostura orange bitters

  • 3 raspberries

  • 1 lemon peel twist

Method:

  1. Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker, then add all the other ingredients except the lemon.

  2. Add ice, then shake well until the shaker is frosted and cold.

  3. Strain into a chilled glass, and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

Tanqueray 10 - Martini

This Tanqueray is clean, bold, and more complex than the original release. With citrus notes and a creamy palette, we love this classic gin served in a martini.

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Tanqueray gin

  • 1 tbsp dry vermouth

  • Ice

  • Olive, to garnish

Method:

  1. Stir the gin, dry vermouth and a little ice together, or combine in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  3. Serve with an olive on a cocktail stick.

Whitley Neill Blood Orange - G&T with Orange

This orange gin packs a juniper punch, and is perfectly paired with a simple, premium tonic.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Whitley Neill Blood Orange gin

  • Ice

  • Slice of orange

  • 100ml tonic

  • Orange wheel slice

Method:

  1. Pour the gin over ice, and squeeze over the orange slice.

  2. Stir in the tonic.

  1. Serve with an orange wheel.

Wicked Wolf - Wicked Lavender Martini

This gin offers layers of citrus and peppery notes, balanced with juniper and coriander. Try with Wicked Wolf’s very own martini recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Wicked Wolf gin

  • 15ml dry vermouth

  • 15ml lavender syrup

  • 2 dashes of orange bitters

  • Ice

  • Sprig of lavender

Method:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and pour in all the ingredients except the lavender sprig.

  2. Shake well, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  3. Garnish with a sprig of lavender.

Wrecking Coast Clotted Cream - G&T with Strawberries

This Cornish gin offers a creamy mouthfeel with subtle herbal notes, juniper and pine. Pair with a simple gin and tonic, garnished with strawberries, for a refreshing summer tipple.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Wrecking Coast Clotted Cream gin

  • Ice

  • 100ml tonic

  • Two strawberries

  • Sprig of mint

Method:

  1. Pour the gin over ice, and stir in the tonic.

  2. Serve with strawberries and a sprig of mint.

Plymouth Gin - G&T with Bitters

This traditional gin offers a slight heat, strong juniper flavours, and a herbal hint. We love a navy strength served as a classic gin and tonic, with bitters to add an extra element of spice.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Plymouth Navy Strength gin

  • Ice

  • ½ lemon

  • 10 dashes of angostura bitters

  • 100ml tonic

Method:

  1. Pour the gin over ice, and squeeze over the lemon.

  2. Stir in the bitters and tonic.
