Accuracy of Information on the Site

We do our best to ensure that information on the Site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products. If any inaccuracy occurs in relation to the informed measurement (of spirits) Azu Spirits Ltd are liable. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, content or materials provided through the Site. 

The inclusion of any products or services on the Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 

 

Terms of Sale 

By placing an order with us, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to purchase alcohol, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.  By submitting information during the payment process, you grant to Azu Spirits and to vendors the right to provide such information to third parties consistent with our privacy policy and their privacy policies. If you have any questions regarding a vendor's privacy policy, please contact us before purchasing a product.

Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt to accept, modify or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us,  for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

 

Payment terms 

Azu Spirits allows buyers to use various forms of payment on azuspirits.co.uk, and Azu Spirits and other services. Azu Spirits will accept all major credit card and debits through Worldpay, and accept Paypal and Apple Pay. If payment is unaccepted by customers bank the order will not be processed. If customer is unhappy with the quality or there is an issue with stated quantity of the product, or the product is broken, if they can return it, unused, to Azu Spirits(address?) within 28 days they are entitled to a full refund from Azu Spirits. (customer is liable for any payment disputes between them and their bank)

Shipping & Delivery 

AZU SPIRITS Delivery terms & Conditions

A third party carrier ships the items we send to you. 

If the delivery address is incorrect, Azu Spirits will not accept any liability for delay or non-delivery. We also reserve the right to charge shipping costs to re-send the package. If you do not wish the goods to be re-sent, Azu Spirits will give you a full refund minis the shipping costs.

We design our packaging to ensure maximum protection of the product(s), if (in the unlikely event that) you receive damaged or incomplete goods, please notify us immediately and we will work out how best to make it up to you. We may ask for a photo, written proof or a return before offering any type of refund or replacement 

Currently we only ship to the UK, but keep your eye out as we aim to expand.

-       If the items you received are incomplete, you were misinformed regarding the information about the product, the items were delivered outside the specified date(s) or you are unhappy with the product, we will give a full refund once the product has been returned.

Q&A

1.     1.1 When will I receive my delivery? 

If you have selected the standard delivery option, you should receive your package within 3-5 working days. There are options for next day delivery if ordered by 12pm for an additional charge.

1.2  Who needs to sign for my delivery?

Yes. We do require a signature upon acceptance of the delivery. 

1.3  What am I responsible for upon delivery?

We may require further identification to ensure the person is above the legal age of drinking alcohol in their jurisdiction. 

1.4  What additional fees may apply?

In due course, if ordering from outside the UK, added custom duties and import fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

 

2.      Returns and Cancellations

2.1  Returns Policy 

If you are unhappy with the Azu Spirits Tasting Box or believe the information and content is insufficient, we are happy to give a full refund if the product is returned within 28 days of receiving. Azu Spirits retains the right to refuse a refund if the product has been used or has not been returned to Azu Spirits 

2.2  Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order and have selected standard delivery, let us know within 24 hours and we will cancel and give you a full refund. If your item has already been posted, we will happily give a full refund if returned.

Intellectual property  

The Site and all of its materials, including, but not limited to, its software or HTML code, scripts, text, artwork, photographs, images, video, and audio (collectively “Materials”) are protected by copyright laws and other U.K (and international) laws and treaties and are property of Azu Spirits or its licensors. All Materials are provided through the Site as a service to its current and prospective visitors and may be used only for personal and informational purposes and only if you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the Materials. No right, title or interest in Azu Spirits Materials is conveyed to you. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, post, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license or otherwise exploit the Site or any of its Materials without prior written permission: You may not access of use the Site for any competitive or commercial purpose; nor may you permit any copying of our Materials. -       You must be of legal drinking age to enter this site. Azu Spirits does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of (18 in United Kingdom, country specific?). Azu Spirits makes every effort to ensure that alcohol beverages are not delivered to anyone under the age of. By accessing this site, you agree that any alcohol purchased from or received by you from representatives of Azu Spirits is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with this conditions of use please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of (18), Azu Spirits will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law 

-       Health Consequences of Consuming Alcohol – We encourage responsible drinking of alcohol, and include health warnings both in our website and on our product. CMO’s low-risk drinking guidelines state;

·  To keep health risks from alcohol to a low level it is safest not to drink more than 14 units a week on a regular basis

·  If you regularly drink as much as 14 units per week, it's best to spread your drinking evenly over three or more days. If you have one or two heavy drinking episodes a week, you increase your risk of long-term illness and injury

·  The risk of developing a range of health problems (including cancers of the mouth, throat and breast) increases the more you drink on a regular basis

-       Liability Waiver – In consideration for your being given access to this site, you hereby agree you will not sue Azu Spirits and/or employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any damage to your property or loss, damage or injury that you personally sustain, (or death, whether caused by the negligence of Azu Spirits or not) while using site content and/or attending Azu Spirits Events in person, regardless of location. You hereby assume all risks to your property and person and in no way will Azu Spirits be liabile to you for damages or injuries you sustain.

Loyalty Programs and Promotions 

Occasionally Azu Spirits offers promotions through emails, catalogs, and advertisements. You will always receive free shipping on U.K orders over £100. As a registered member of Azu  Spirits, you may be eligible to receive email promotions and offers that include special codes for special free samples, free shipping, or other promotions. 

**Please note that excessive abuse or misuse of promotions and codes may result in order or item cancellation. In order to allow fair redemption and distribution of promotions to all of our registered clients, Azu Spirits may restrict redemption to one per client. 

Promotion Codes

There is a specific alphanumeric code associated with each Azu Spirits promotion that can use to redeem the promotion. There may be a minimum merchandise purchase requirement (taxes and shipping are excluded). Please note that eGift Certificates and Gift Cards are not considered merchandise and do not count towards the minimum purchase requirement. Enter this code in its entirety in the promotion code field on the payment information page during the checkout process. Azu Spirits promotion code are not case sensitive. You will see the promotion reflected in your shopping basket on the order confirmation page. For more details about a specific promotion, you can click on the description link that is provided in your shopping basket. You may only use one promotion code per order. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired. These promotions are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases promotions can only be redeemed once per person.
