The Gins
Hooting Owl Siganture Dry Gin
A rich, aromatic and very smooth gin. An award-winning London Dry with citrus notes from bitter orange and grapefruit, earthiness from mountain ash, and sweetness from liquorice and cassia bark.
Divine Navy Strength Gin
This navy strength edition of Divine Gin has been created to deliver a hefty punch of classic gin botanicals including juniper, angelica, grains of paradise, cubeb berries and orris root. Distilled in Holmfirth and using fresh Yorkshire spring water, this multi-faceted gin has a heady aroma and distinctive character.
Northern Fox Coffee Gin
Northern Fox’s Yorkshire Roasted Coffee Gin is made with Juniper, Bojangles coffee beans, nutmeg and orange peel and gives hints of coffee, almond, plum and milk chocolate with afternotes of orange.
Whittaker’s Original Dry Gin
A traditional London dry gin with a base of juniper, coriander and angelica root overlaid with local hawthorn berries, bilberries, earthy bog myrtle, home-grown thyme & lemon peel. Bog Myrtle, has a spicy aroma with a bitter and balsamic taste and was used by medieval brewers as an alternative to hops.
Slingsby Old Tom Gin
An interpretation of the style of gin popular in the 18th century, this Old Tom release includes classic London dry botanicals with the addition of Yorkshire liquorice to create a sweeter more mellow gin. The Spirit of Harrogate Distillery uses water from Harrogate’s aquifer and a wide variety of botanicals, including locally grown plants and fruits from the Rudding Park Hotel kitchen garden in Harrogate.
Cooper King Herb Gin
With fresh basil, fragrant lemongrass and aromatic clove this is a distinctively fragrant and herbaceous gin. Using a locally sourced Yorkshire wheat spirit, Cooper King Distillery aims to capture fresher flavours from their botanicals by using vacuum distillation.
