The Gins
Wrecking Coast Distillery
Clotted Cream Gin
Traditional Cornish clotted cream is cold distilled and combined with 12 other traditional botanicals including grains of paradise, cinnamon. camomile flowers, vanilla and cassia bark. The distillery uses a modern i-Still to vacuum distill their spirit. By lowering the atmospheric pressure to drive the force of distillation, they can distil cold and ensure the clotted cream doesn’t curdle. Creating a silky mouthfeel, we find pine, juniper and citrus. Creamy butter, liquorice, lemons, pepper and fresh grass.
Papillon Gin
Original
Papillon is distilled from 17 botanicals including the traditional juniper, angelica, coriander and cubeb berries. These are blended with hand-foraged and locally sourced gorse, hawthorn berries, rowan berries, camomile and Devon violets. Using Dartmoor spring water, some botanicals are steeped overnight in the copper pot still before fresh botanicals are added, creating a complex but delicate spirit. The violet leaves and camomile flowers create a distinct florality unique to Papillon.
Conker Spirit
Dorset Dry
A traditional dry style with a Dorset twist, this gin contains ten botanicals including marsh samphire, elderberries and gorse flowers from the Dorset countryside. Distilled using wheat spirit and New Forest spring water this is a refreshing London dry style. Classic juniper elements with sweetness and an earthy spice.

Pothecary Gin
Created using individual botanical distillation and just five botanicals, this delicate and floral Pothecary contains lavender, tillia flowers, lemon peel, juniper and black mulberries. Lavender and citrus with subtle oiliness and herbs. Floral and balanced with sweet mulberry and bold juniper.
Wicked Wolf Gin
Original
Big and flavourful with botanicals including kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, hibiscus and grains of paradise alongside 11 other traditional botanicals. Husband and wife team use individual botanical distillation and pot distills their botanicals to extract rich flavour.
