A beautifully aged sherry cask Speyside whisky. Fruitcake, oak, chocolate and roasted coffee. Silky, full bodied and rich.
Balvenie 21 Portwood - £230
A famous premium release from Balvenie, finished in Port Pipes which brings a luscious depth and richness. Soft and palatable, the perfect after-dinner treat.
Octomore 14.4 - £175
The whisky that defies everything you think you know about whisky. 5 years old, matured exclusively in highly charred Columbian virgin oak casks which releases sweet caramel, vanilla and a range flavour into the whisky. Peated to 106 ppm and 59.6% ABV, one to try.
Edradour 21 - £315
Matured in first fill Oloroso sherry butts, oily, rich and full bodied. Very dark in colour reflecting the cask influence on the single malt. Balanced, smooth and complex.
Laphroaig Elements 2.0 - £170
A premium release from Laphroaig showcasing the flavour from a long fermentation process. Notes of stewed green apples, zesty orange peel and smoky peat.
Tobermory 24 Hebridean Series - £325
