Dalmore 12
Representing the Highlands region, Dalmore is famous for its deep, rich and fruity spirit. This release has been matured in American oak bourbon casks before being transferred to Oloroso sherry, this is sweet and rich. A full bodied Highlander with classic chocolate and orange Dalmore flavours.
Bladnoch Vinaya
Bladnoch is the most southerly distillery in Scotland. Surrounded by pastures and green grassland, it’s home varies hugely from the mountain peaks in the isles. Matured in first fill bourbon and first fill sherry casks, this is floral with a bold oak spice. Delicate, floral with a creamy mouthfeel.
Glenfiddich 15 Solera Cask
15 year old whisky from Oloroso sherry, bourbon and virgin oak casks are then married together in a Solera Vat that has never been emptied. The complex layers of sherry and spice compliment Glenfiddichs unpeated and soft spirit. Famous for its fruity and honeyed spirit. Glenfiddich have won numerous awards and accounts for 30% of single malt sales worldwide.
Ledaig 10
A coastal, smoky malt made at the Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull. Ledaig is the peated whisky made at the distillery and balances maritime notes, oak and spice with mouth coating peat smoke.
Glen Scotia 15
Unpeated and matured in a combination of first fill and re-fill American Oak casks, this is vanilla forward with spicy aromatic fruits. Campbeltown was once a bustling hub for whisky production, now Glen Scotia is one of only three distilleries that remain in the region. A fruity character with sweet toffee and spice. The short finish in Oloroso sherry promotes the subtle dried fruits and spice.
Kilchoman Machir Bay
Known for it's use of peat, the distillery aims to create a balance between the smoky flavors and the sweet, fruity notes that come from the use of bourbon casks. We find warm peat smoke, citrus and tropical fruits. Spice, cracked black pepper and sherried fruits. Matured in Oloroso sherry butts and American oak bourbon barrels.
