The Single Malts

Glendronach 15 Revival

Matured for at least 15 years in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks. Predominantly sherry. Unpeated, but with a fruity, robust and oily spirit which is a perfect match for a long maturation in sherry casks. Glendronach only uses high quality sherry casks to mature its single malt. You may identify sweet fruity flavours from the Pedro Ximenez casks and dry and nutty notes from the Oloroso.

Lagavulin 8

Young, edgy, raw and robust. Heavily peated and matured in refill European and American Oak casks. Less influence from the barrel promotes the underlying complexities in the spirit. Notes of iodine, pepper spice and smoke with a lasting finish.

Glengoyne 18

Unpeated, smooth, creamy and rich. Matured in a combination of first-fill and refill sherry casks, we find rich dried fruits and oak spice. The long maturation removes impurities, rounding the character of the whisky. Glengoyne has the slowest distillation in Scotland, increasing copper contact and promoting the fruity esters in the spirit.

Glenmorangie Lasanta 12

The famously smooth Glenmorangie combining Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks to create a warming, spicy single malt. Rich, smooth with dried fruit notes, spice and oak.

Bowmore 15 Darkest

Matured in ex-bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks with light to medium peat, this malt reflects the rich, warming whisky that can be created through a harmony of smoke and wood influence.

Arran Quarter Cask

Matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in American oak quarter casks for two years. Unpeated with notes of vanilla and coconut, pepper spice, fresh grass and toasted oak. By finishing the whisky in 125 litre quarter casks, the distillery increases the contact between the spirit and the wood. We find big oak influence - vanilla, spice and fruits.
